Helpful Tips for Pat’s Diet Shake Plan

Use crumbled feta cheese in place of Parmesan cheese in dinner salad.

Use a tablespoon of unsweetened peanut butter in the chocolate flavored shake for a “Reese’s Cup” taste.

Replace the water used in the chocolate shake with chilled decaffeinated coffee for a mocha latte flavor.

Freeze ½ pealed banana overnight to use in the morning shake.

Use various unsweetened or sugar-free flavoring extracts to create exotic flavor combinations – pineapple, coconut, banana, orange, strawberry, etc.
